During the Back trap calibration, the instrument does not flash and the software quickly asks for the White tile.

Cause:

The instrument does not communicate with the PC, the instrument goes automatically on Simulus mode.

Solutions:

Check the cable,

Restart the instrument,

If not fixed, contact your Datacolor local support.
