Delete QCSETUP.CNF file first and if the problem is not fix, rename CLRTOOLSTMP as CLRTOOLSTMPBAD and create a new TMP file.
After deleting the QCSETUP.CNF file the ColorTools program will create a new one from scratch, the customer will need to add all the custom desktop buttons he had previously.
