I have two equal Ahiba Nuances, programmed the same, but the dyeing result is different. (different shades)
Check the following:
1. Check whether all the program parameters are the same. (gradient, speed, ...)
Be careful when programming 0.08 C as gradient! This means that the system will heat at maximum power. When programmed like this, different heating behavior can be normal. It will be dependent on lamp efficiency, lamp aging, interior cleaning, etc... It is then better to program 4.0
8
C/minute instead of 0.0
8
C. The controller will then monitor the real temperature in the unit.
2. Are you using the same beaker size?
3. Are you missing stainless steel and black coated beakers?
4. Do the reference beakers have the same content (liquor ratio, sample weight, ...)?
